Regina holds a Certificate in Care of the Aged from the Centre of Ageing Studies – University of Ghana, Degree in Logistic and Supply Chain Management Studies from KNUST, Certificate in Social Leadership from the Research Centre for Leadership in Action, NYU Wagner – New York. She also has Certificate in Leadership from Friedrich – Ebert – Stiftung Ghana, FES and another in NGO Management from Cambridge Centre of Excellence, Ghana, a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply Management Studies, Accra Polytechnic.
Regina Antwi’s passion for leadership is born out of a genuine desire to bring about a paradigm shift to humanity and mankind. She has worked and volunteered in many Civil Service Organizations to impact the lives of the less privileged in society. Together with a team Regina coordinated several projects such as the Signature campaign for the Passage of Affirmative Action Law and Maternal Health in Community Hands, Boys and Girls clubs in Junior High Schools in the Eastern and Volta Regions of Ghana, all projects of WILDAF – Ghana and also the District Education Watch Project, aimed at improving the educational performance of ten (10) low performing Junior High Schools in the Yilo Krobo Municipality. Coordinated the daily activities of MOCAMI a project to reduce Maternal Mortality in five (5) districts in the Eastern Region also projects of Socio-serve Ghana in partnership with Rite FM.Ensuring a Peaceful Election in 2012 a project of Abantu for development. She further worked with Samel Amo Tobbin Foundation as a project officer, Leading Ladies’ Network as a Relations / Programs Manager and mentored many young individuals to realize their dreams in terms of taking up leadership roles in all aspect of their lives. Regina’s rod is not to give any thought to herself only but to the wellbeing of other people with the inspiration that if an individual is empowered a whole community is empowered.
